JustCallRoxy is operated by Just Call Roxy LLC, a Colorado-based company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform at justcallroxy.com.

02 What We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Account information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, trade type, and password (managed via Clerk)
- Business details: Company name, service area, trade category, and messaging preferences you configure
- Contact data: Phone numbers, names, and other details about your leads and customers that you upload or enter into the Service
- Communications: Messages you send to us via email or support channels
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and in-app actions
- Device & log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs
- Messaging logs: Records of SMS messages sent, delivered, failed, and responses received through the Service
Payment information
Billing details (card number, expiration, CVV) are collected and stored directly by Stripe. We receive only a tokenized representation and do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
03 How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process transactions and manage your subscription
- Generate and send AI-drafted SMS messages on your behalf
- Send you transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, service alerts)
- Respond to your support requests
- Monitor Service health, security, and abuse prevention
- Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to improve the platform
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your contact data or your customers' data for our own marketing purposes.
04 Data We Process on Your Behalf
When you upload customer contact lists or enter lead information into the Service, you are acting as the data controller for that information. We act as a data processor — we handle that data only on your instructions and solely to deliver the Service.
SMS message content — including AI-generated messages — may be transmitted through Twilio's infrastructure to reach your customers' devices. These transmissions are subject to Twilio's data handling practices.
05 How We Share Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your customers' contact data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (see Section 6). These vendors are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: If Just Call Roxy LLC is acquired, merges, or transfers substantially all of its assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a materially different privacy policy.
- With your consent: We may share data for other purposes if you explicitly authorize us to do so.
06 Third-Party Processors
We work with the following key third-party service providers:

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We encourage you to review their policies if you have questions about how they handle data.
07 Data Retention
We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation or termination:
- Account and contact data is retained for up to 90 days, after which it is deleted from our production systems
- Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements
- SMS message logs may be retained for up to 12 months for compliance and dispute resolution purposes
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics data may be retained indefinitely

08 Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all data transmitted to and from the Service
- Encryption at rest for stored data
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you become aware of any security vulnerability or incident involving the Service, please notify us immediately at security@justcallroxy.com.
09 Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and understand how it's used. This includes:
- Essential cookies: Required for authentication and core Service functionality (e.g., keeping you logged in)
- Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair Service functionality.
10 Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
11 Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by businesses and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us at privacy@justcallroxy.com and we will promptly delete it.
12 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
